Xarelto 15mg Tablet contains rivaroxaban, a prescription anticoagulant (blood thinner) that works by blocking Factor Xa, a protein involved in blood clot formation. It is used to treat and prevent serious blood clots in adults and children aged 12 years and above weighing 30kg or more.
