This Policy governs refunds, returns, and cancellations for orders placed on the MedsRight Platform. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Refund Policy
Eligible Scenarios
Manufacturing defects or transit damage reported within 3 days with photo evidence.
If the product received is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.
Incorrect medicine, dosage, or quantity delivered compared to your order.
Full refund if cancelled before dispatch or if we cancel due to unavailability.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted for wrong products or strength delivered. Products must be unopened and in original packaging within 3 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- ✗ Cold-chain (temperature-sensitive) items
- ✗ Injections & biologics
- ✗ Surgical & disposable items
Cancellation
You can cancel your order only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
ℹ MedsRight may cancel orders due to stock unavailability or regulatory issues; in such cases, a full refund is issued automatically.
